This property is located in the
center of the beautiful Badlands,
just one mile south of Medora.
Approx. 1 1/2 miles from the famous
Bully Pulpit golf course. One mile
from the great Maah Daah Hey
Trail through the rugged badlands
for hikers. horseback riders, and
mountain bikers. You can ride a
couple of miles or over a hundred
miles in the gorgeous, unique
badlands of the state of North
Dakota.
It would be a great place for a
"snow bird's" northern home, for
outdoors enthusiasts, or anyone
else looking for a get away to fresh
clean air.
Property is zoned agricultural now but could be changed to residental or commercial. Easy
access with newly paved road that borders along the east side of property. Water piped
through out property, electric lines & phone lines already in place that are currently being
used. Taxes are very low. Trees and draws throughout property making nice shelter for
